Midwest roots with a Florida heart, Shana has always been passionate about helping people feel their absolute best. She believe deeply that kindness is free and that people will never forget how you made them feel. This belief has guided both her personal and professional journey. Shana moved to Florida from Ohio in 2006 to attend college, where she earned my Bachelor of Science. Over time, her passion for serving others led into healthcare, where she discovered a calling to serve people in meaningful and impactful ways.
Shana began my healthcare career in 2012 in nursing case management before transitioning into oncology and emergency care. These experiences strengthened my commitment to compassionate service and equipped me to support individuals and families during some of life’s most challenging moments. In 2021, she discovered my true passion in senior living through her work in memory care, where she built meaningful relationships with residents and their families while advocating for personalized, dignified care tailored to each individual. As she moved into leadership within senior care, my focus remained on leading with heart by developing strong teams, fostering supportive environments, and ensuring seniors receive the respect, dignity, and compassionate care they deserve every day.
Shana and her family call Central Florida home. She has a wonderful husband, Nicolas, who she has been married to for 16 years. Together they are proud parents to their son, Cooper. Shana and her family enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring nature, and taking family trips to the beach. The beach is their favorite place to relax, recharge, and simply enjoy time together with their toes in the sand.
