Lauren began her journey with Watercrest in 2021 as the Get Active Coach, quickly falling in love with the culture fostered throughout the communities. Her dedication to excellence and passion for the residents were recognized by management, leading to her promotion to Independent Living Manager in Sarasota, FL.
After gaining valuable experience in this role, Lauren pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Health to enhance her ability to serve residents and the broader community. Upon graduating in 2024, she returned to her Watercrest family as the Resident Lifestyle Director in Myrtle Beach.
Since relocating, Lauren has enjoyed building relationships with residents, staff, and the local community. She remains committed to providing a safe, engaging, and enriching experience for the residents, their families, and the team at Myrtle Beach Watercrest. Now, she is excited to take on her next role as Associate Executive Director, where she will apply her knowledge and experience to continue making a positive impact.
