Kyle has spent the past five years serving as an Executive Director in senior living, leading communities focused on quality care, strong operations, and meaningful resident experiences. Previously, he served as Center Manager with JenCare Senior Medical Centers in Richmond and as Director of Patient Services for Advanced Orthopedics. Across these roles, Kyle has built high-performing teams and strengthened organizations to support sustainable growth and improved outcomes.
With a foundation in hospitality, Kyle spent 17 years with Marriott International leading hotel operations, where he developed a passion for service excellence. He later managed a VIP Concierge Service with Allianz Global Assistance, helping design customer service programs recognized for delivering exceptional experiences. This blend of hospitality and healthcare continues to shape his people-first leadership style.
Kyle has lived in the Richmond area for 25 years with his wife, their five daughters, and two dogs. He is a graduate of Johnson C. Smith University, originally from Audubon, Pennsylvania, and is active in Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams.
