Kim recently relocated to Niceville, FL with her husband Will and two sons ages, her daughter is a 3rd grade teacher in Mobile, AL, who also serves in the Army. Kim is originally from Maine and moved south 6 years ago.
Kim began her career in healthcare almost 20 years ago starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Med. Tech. She moved into mental health supports and became the Director of a Mental Health Facility. Kim expanded her expertise and knowledge by serving as Culinary Director, Programming Director and she was an Executive Director in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities for 8 years.
She honors her commitments by being reliable and builds trust by holding herself and her team members accountable. Kim welcomes obstacles and embraces challenges. She understands that great teamwork is the secret to achieving great things.
Kim is a passionate senior living professional dedicated to creating enriching, inspiring, and rewarding environments for our residents, families and employees.
Kim is also devoted to animal rescue and has rescued/rehomed over 100 cats and kittens since 2015. Kim loves to bake and sharing her creations. She also enjoys spending time at the beach.
