Joann proudly wears her core value “Compassion” daily in the community. Joann states, “I am so fortunate on being able to do something that I really love. My key life core from what my parents taught me and just from my upbringing is being compassionate and always be kind to one another. Patient care for me is a very big part of my life since I had lost both parents from Alzheimer’s/Dementia. Giving back to the community is very rewarding and at the end of the day seeing the residents happy and if I can get a smile out of them, I know that everything is going to be okay and it is going to be a good day. I want to thank Watercrest for giving me the opportunity by trusting and allowing me to care for our residents.”
