Shannon proudly wears her core value “Welcoming” daily in the community. She states “I love being happy and laughing…I appear less crazy when I am around other people rather than being alone, lol! I love making connections with our residents and families. Having just experienced the loss of my Mom, I get to pour my love into them. I am able to give them lots of hugs and smiles.
In my past, I was a Recreation Therapist and then a business owner. I love using the combination to help when I can and promote customer service when I can. I know God blessed me with this position at Watercrest. I love it!!!”
