Mariea states, “One of the things I enjoy most is helping others solve problems and finding ways to make their day a little brighter. Seeing a smile on a resident’s face after being able to help is incredibly rewarding and reminds me why I love what I do. Whether it’s assisting a resident, supporting a family member, or helping a fellow team member, I believe that kindness, compassion, and teamwork make all the difference.
I also truly enjoy working alongside the Watercrest team to meet the unique needs of our residents and create meaningful experiences that they will cherish. Along the way, I’ve also been fortunate to develop lifelong friendships with coworkers who inspire and support me every day.”
