Marsha began her career serving seniors at an early age. After graduating with a degree in Medical Assisting and Terminology while working at an Assisted Living Facility, her passion for senior care grew. At the age of 21, she became the youngest Assisted Living Administrator in the state of New York.
For the past 30+ years, Marsha has assumed many roles in long-term care, assuring dignity and respect for her residents. From a Certified Nursing Aide, to Director of Operations and as a Regional Manager, Marsha has a wealth of expertise and knowledge of the senior population. Marsha is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, a licensed Assisted Living Administrator and an Assisted Living Preceptor.
Marsha is a proud mother to Alicia (Bryan) and Nicholas (Haylee), and a “Nonna” to her four beautiful grandsons. When Alicia and Bryan relocated to central Virginia because of military obligations, Marsha wasn’t far behind them. She left New York shortly after, and has enjoyed the Virginia weather ever since She spends all of her free time by the ocean, enjoying summer vacations in the Outer Banks. She enjoys traveling, cooking family meals, cozying up with a new novel, and walking for self care.
