Andrea comes to us with 18 years of professional experience in Hospitality, and Property Management with a focus in Multifamily/Residential Operations. In that time she provided support internally and to countless residents. Furthermore she had the opportunity to serve in many roles that have all had immense impact on her personal growth and aided in her success in recruiting, hiring, training and developing other talented individuals. She strives to remain adaptable by applying her diverse industry experience and knowledge. Her goal is to serve with passion and maintain a collaborative focus on company culture. Andrea is an Ohio native and has been a proud Floridian since June 2009. She is a dedicated wife and mother to two boys, whom she loves spending time with. Family weekends are spent together mostly on baseball fields and never taking for granted the time that God has blessed them with to be able to do so.
