  • Introduce equity and debt sources
  • Comprehensive pro forma generation including development costs, pre-opening and detailed operating projections

Project Management:

  • Coordinate construction draw process
  • Full project job cost accounting and reporting
  • Monitor general contractor to ensure project stays on schedule and on budget
