Jenny brings over 13 years of leadership experience to Watercrest of Lake
Nona. Having served in a variety of leadership roles, Jenny has extensive
knowledge in new community openings and repositioning of low performing
Her expertise in the turnaround of underperforming communities lies not only
with her technical knowledge of regulatory issues, but also her proven skills to
build and empower management teams to overcome operational challenges.
As the Executive Director of a previous flagship community startup, Jenny
led the community through exceptional census growth and achieved start up
occupancy levels exceeding industry standards and competitor experience.
In this role, she initiated and facilitated all pre-opening partnerships with local
business and healthcare providers and led ongoing training programs while
recruiting, training and directing a dynamic leadership team within the
Jenny’s extensive knowledge in assisted living was developed through her
career advancements, serving as Business Office Director, Director of Sales,
Executive Director and mentor and trainer for new Executive Directors in a large
senior living corporation. In these roles, Jenny strived to share her knowledge
and create an authentic and transparent work environment.
Jenny has passion and enthusiasm for not only helping seniors, but also guiding
and motivating those around her to achieve success. Highly regarded as an
action-oriented Executive Director, Jenny is deeply committed to residents’
quality of life and attributes positive values to her focus on their spiritual,
physical and emotional needs.
Married to her husband, Jonathan, for six years, they have been blessed with
two children, Hannah (5) and Matthew (3). In their free time, they enjoy family
outings, cooking and going to the beach.
