Cindy brings to Watercrest over 30 years of proven leadership and management experience in senior living.  With her background as an RN, she delivers outstanding quality care with passion and understanding for seniors.  Her talent for hiring and mentoring nurses and care specialists taps into their servant hearts while providing extensive training and leadership growth.

 

Cindy’s life work has been fueled by her passion and purpose in seeking to follow
God’s will. Her desire to make a positive imprint in this ever changing and challenging world of healthcare, has elevated her to a high level of respect by those who have worked with her. A passionate leader, mentor and team player, Cindy embodies the servant leadership culture in how she serves her residents, families and associates each day. She truly inspires and motivates others to be and do their very best.

 

With a deep knowledge of operations combined with her clinical background, Cindy
has created communities that are “Centers of Excellence”. Cindy has served as
Vice President of Quality Services and Risk Management for premier regional and
national senior living companies.  She was responsible for providing leadership
and management for quality assurance and business processes across multiple communities. She has an extensive background in many areas of healthcare.
When serving as Director of Operations for Physician House Call program for the
East Coast of Florida, she hired and managed a team of Physicians, PA’s and
ARNP’s, successfully setting up clinics in the ALF and LTC communities, enhancing
the wellness and well-being of seniors.

 

To balance her busy life, Cindy enjoys spending time with her children and many grandchildren. She loves the outdoors including fishing and gardening. Family time
is what grounds Cindy, and what brings her talents back to the Jacksonville area
after many years of business traveling.
